     I have participtated in the AIESEC group for nearly one year. The amoutt of  the  activites leads me to be more 

experimental  and  frenetic. Remembering  the first impression of the AIESEC, i  recongnize it as a  English 

circumstamce that provids us  a opportunites to talk with and interact with each other . And the Englisht ability of   the member  

 of  AIESEC  is pretty outstanding. With the many invovlement of the AIESEC activites, I gradually comprehand the ture 

meaning of the AIESEC. It is not only  the place that  offer the plentiful hazard that make us know about the global 

things and reach other people's thinking and culture ,such as the exchange progam and the international activites,but 

also   the  place that the people come frome  different department can konw each other , which establish the warmy atomosphere simiar to a 

big family .This is what  I achieve and why i stay here. Although I just a new member of the AIESEC ,  I observe the  

change of  the process in AIESEC  within one year. Some people  leave here and some people join us , it results in the 

dynamic balance .i obtain the some move from AIESEC activites,such as the teammate and the all aspects of 

 profession. Many people can't understand the whole meaning of what AIESEC is according to the surface of  the words.

And i think that we should  introduce the AIESEC to many people . Some people misinterpret the AIESEC or know part of 

them. Then we should make efforts to clear the bad impresson to the people. 

  Return to my issue,  there are six adminstraton  that we can choose. Any  depatment has is own prefeson and acitivites.

And their  load is different. It is a dilemma that i choose them .  Because i think that some deaprtment is great. It is 

difficult to make up my mind that what department is suitble for 

me immediately .

. I have to analyze the effec the invovlement of the admininstraton.Alouth i can't  deceied the ultimate 

department , I can eateblish the correct midset  .
