            I have not written  the English diary for two months  as  I  start to learn the Japanese in this semester. 

           it is interesting for me to learn the Japanese as some pronnuciation is similar to the English. 

            Recently, I have read the bestseller " built for the growth' . The author, Arthur Rubinfeld ,is the vice CEO of the starbucks which is the biggest chain coffee convenient store all over the world. I rent it becaues the marketing midterm paper requries some material . After reading the book, I have obtained form it . This book describes the importance of the brand. Also ,it teaches us how to build the brand, and then maintain the good reputation of the brand . It ia a big challenge to forge a new brand. The composition of  succeeding the brand contains much element such as the golden A site, the nice service ,and the creativity and so on...

          This issue is very important  as Taiwan lacks of the famous brand itself. We create the incredibly high economics in the 1960's . What we can achieved it as our growth situation matched the big environment. Yet, it is quite difficult for us to do that kind of  ways. What Taiwan needs is the dominatint brand like the NIKE ,MICROSOFT, which sell the brand instead of the produt .
