This term refers to the Anvanced magizines of  January .  The experience immersion is launched to a 

top bank  people.  He wants his top manager to experience what the 'outside ' is . As they are used to 

staying in the office , the happening in the bank seems not to be related to them. According to this phenomena ,

the toppest boss design some 'games ' to make them coming closer to the true situaton in the bank instead of 

sitting on the chair and drinking the hot coffee. The 'experience immerson'  pays off. More and more executive 

rising awareness of the circumstance of the customers. Now, They find as much detail which they have to improvve.

For example, they find that more customers cool their heels in a long line. So, they direct the employees to think 

ways to solve the problem!! We can say that as the larger  of the status they possess, the more distance  between 

what they do and actually what they see!!  And the experience immersion indeed breaks the rule!!
