    The family system is emphasizd  in this semester in AIESEC. The operation of the mecanism usually doesn't go

 influently  because of the launch of the way and the unfamiliarity of the meaning .I think that it is common for us to spend 

time accepting the new system which wants to delcine the gap of the much diversity of the administration which resluts

 that  people is  only  familar with the team of  the administraion. As a result, it can increase the channel of the

communication that may lead to the misunderstanding to each administration. So, I think that family is a innovative ideal 

that integrae the diversity of the administration.     But lack of the comprehensive plaining , in present, the establish of 

of the family has a  long way to go.  In this club tour , I  consider that this activities is a  family activites. Our family can 

discuss what they want to travel and  what scene is worthy of playing  .As the middle -term approache, every one has thie

ir things to do or prepare.As a result, the process of  the club tour  is discussed by  a part of the family. Some people say 

they they should give a hand to me,but I don't think this so. I just want to preprare the club tour well. Actually, the

 preparation  of  the tour isn't  easy . It contains many aspects of the things  to do .By doing this ,i gradually acquire the

 skill   of the some leadership and the communication and the degree of the maturity. I am happ that I can additionally

 get  it .  In sum, you can strongly expect our club travel!!
